It's always great when we get an enquiry from a new client and they've taken the time to write down clearly their reasons for the project and what they'd like to achieve.

These briefs are such a helpful start but going out and meeting a client in person is where ideas take flight. We're able to talk through their vision and get a better understanding of how they live and work. It's crucial our process at House of Grandeur.

We want to get to know you, learn how you use space, consider what space you may need in the future, and what we can do to improve your living and working environment.

With a project brief taking shape, the initial consultation meeting is also an opportunity for clients' to ask key questions including;

What does the process involve and can you guide me through it?

Will I get planning permission?

How much is this going to cost?

How long will this take?
